Here's the first five speakers at Mobile Spree 2017
Last week, we announced Mobile Spree 2017 – our no-sales, no-nonsense conference in Berlin and San Francisco.
The Berlin event kicks off first, on June 1st, with 200 marketers in the gorgeous Stadtbad Oderberg in Prenzlauer Berg. The San Francisco conference follows in October at the Terra Gallery.

We’re in full gear talking to the best mobile marketers we know, confirming keynotes, case studies and workshops for the big day. Today, I want to tease some of the ones we’ve already been talking to.
I’m impressed with the line-up myself, and can barely wait five months to see them all in Berlin!
Ville is a mobile gaming veteran, joining Rovio (the giant behind Angry Birds, in case you’ve been living under a rock) as the CMO of the games division in March last year. While he’ll be flying in from the Helsinki HQ for Mobile Spree, Ville spent a couple of years based out of Berlin, managing supply and developer relations at the formidable gaming networks Vungle and Upsight.
In addition to his day-to-day business, Ville mentors gaming startups through GameFounders and sits on the board of 5th Wave Brands. At Mobile Spree, Ville gets on stage to share his wisdom and chat about best practices for gaming UA.
Paul Malicki flew over from Sao Paulo to join us for last year’s edition, offering up one of the most well-received talks of the day. At the time, Paul was the CMO of Easytaxi, the taxi hailing app in Latin America. In the year that flew past since then, Paul’s founded Flapper, which is a similar concept except the taxis are private jets.
Meanwhile, he’s also published a 470-page book called The Chief Mobile Officer’s Guide to Growth, been crowned one of Forbes’ 30 under 30 in Technology, and is serving as an advisor to multiple different mobile app startups. We’re very excited to welcome him back to Berlin!
In a speaker line-up, which is being flown in from across the world, Ville is one of the representatives of Adjust’s hometown. As the CMO and co-founder of TreasureHunt Studios, together with a team of experienced mobile gaming developers, they’ve launched two innovative titles barely ten months apart. Ville has an unfair advantage in UA: years of experience working at ad networks.
Ville took the stage last year to have a very candid conversation about mobile UA fraud, the prisoners-dilemma sometimes faced by ad networks, and gave compelling advice on how to deal with the potentially awkward situations.
This year, we’re looking forward to hearing about Ville’s experience launching his latest title, around the strategies of soft launching, and how the TreasureHunt team keeps exceeding the benchmark metrics before they’re even trying!
If you’ve been attending even a handful of mobile marketing conferences around Europe, chances are you’ve heard one of Stefan’s keynotes. Stefan’s curiousity has led to work and research across a wide range of mobile marketing topics, from pushing big brands to think about mobile ROI, promoting apps in far-flung markets across the globe, media planning, monetization, and yet more. As one of the Dynamo Partners, he’s consulting app companies large and small on implementing and optimizing mobile strategies.

Deezer is France’s foremost music streaming app, and their efforts show. We were introduced to Ombline from our Paris office as one of the city’s leading mobile marketers. With years of experience across digital and mobile marketing, Ombline’s taken over the VP role at Deezer since 2016, guiding the company toward better user acquisition.
How do you promote a product that ultimately is enjoyed by a wide variety of consumers with various tastes? How do you measure success in a landscape of user lock-in effects and long-term subscription models?
