Language and region callbacks combine to ISO standard

An update to our placeholders has unlocked {region} functionality - combining language and region to ISO standards.

Previously, {region} could not receive information from some activities, such as installs, sessions and in-app events. This meant that clients who wanted to pair {language} and {region} in ISO format (such as `en-uk`) were not able to do so.

However, with the update, {region} will now receive the same information as {language} placeholders do. This makes combining {language} and {region} data more accessible, with data to appearing at an ISO standard on a `{language}-{region}` basis. So, users based in Austria (for example) would now appear as `de-at` if they perform any of the activities listed on our placeholders page.
