Are you interested in health and fitness? All our teams receive a monthly subsidy of $60, or local equivalent, to offset their fitness bills from gyms, fitness classes and sports clubs (unless there is an on-site gym available.) We also provide you with the best equipment money can buy: our MacBooks are paired with large displays to keep your eyes happy, and each desk is height-adjustable. You’re also welcome to hit the couch, beanbags, or visit the Berliner naproom every now and then. In addition to these benefits, some of our teams benefit from additional health packages to compensate for local healthcare. We offer additional healthcare in Germany, USA, China, Brazil and Japan. Our Berlin team benefits from Occupational Health Insurance on top of their health insurance coverage, including generous allowances for vision, dental, remedies and non-medical practitioners. No chance of back pain or tired eyes!
Our teams in the US receive full coverage for personal individual benefits and 80% coverage for family members (spouse, children, etc.), up to $1,400 in total monthly. Our Beijing team benefits from an annual medical allowance of 800 RMB and an additional high-end private plan from Generali (which also covers your little ones!) Our team in Tokyo receives ITS coverage and is granted with a yearly allowance of 10.000,00 JPY to be used not only for obligatory checkups, but also additional tests of your choice. In Sao Paulo, we offer a health insurance plan through AMIL that gives you access to better facilities than those provided via basic government healthcare. All employees (and their dependents) are eligible to join and all costs for the plan are covered by Adjust.
For parents based in our Berlin office, our childcare program offers flexible support when you need it most; from emergency childcare at kindergarten (24/7) or at home, advice when it comes to finding a kindergarten spot, to midwife or schooling, applying for Elternzeit, and filling out forms. In short, our fantastic third-party provider makes the entire process as smooth as possible. Parents in our US locations are entitled to 18 weeks of maternity leave, and six weeks of paternity leave. Adjust pays moms 75% of their salary for the first 12 weeks, followed by 40% for six weeks – state benefits on top. For dads, Adjust complements state benefits with 40% of their salary for the first six weeks. We also offer 80% coverage for family health benefits for your children and spouse. Our mums and dads in Tokyo benefit from a private nanny allowance. You are granted 12.000 JPY per service month, which you can reimburse for nanny costs. For example, this can be used when your little ones happen to be sick and cannot attend kindergarten, or if you need someone to take care of them due to business events. Our parents in Beijing can sleep well knowing their kids receive full private health coverage.
We operate foresightedly and generously bump up your private pension contributions in countries where social welfare is less generous. In Berlin, we add up to 20% (max. €268) to your investments as part of our company pension plan. We partnered with MetallRente to deliver you the best plan available. Even if you want to continue with a different provider, you still get our support. In the UK, we partner with Aviva and contribute 3% towards your pension savings.
In the US, we use Transamerica as a 401k provider. Here Adjust will match your amount by up to 4%. In Israel, Adjust contributes 6.5% toward pensions and 6% towards severance from payroll up to average income. Additional insurance covers the savings and severance pay on top of the mandatory pension.

Friday is brunch day for our team in Berlin – with caterers laying out a five-star-hotel worthy buffet (freshly made pancakes included). In San Francisco, colleagues are treated to a catered lunch every Thursday.
