Deployed: Impression measurement without attribution (or with, you pick)
On Wednesday this week, we’re deploying a small but important improvement: impressions (or views) will be counted and displayed in your dashboard as standard moving forward. When it’s deployed, you’ll be able to measure and count the volume of impressions without necessarily giving them credit for conversions.
If you have impression links integrated right now, but view-through attribution off, then starting on Wednesday impressions from your campaigns will be counted and displayed. Still, though, no user activity or conversion will be attributed to campaigns where the user saw but didn’t click an ad. Callbacks aren't affected right now, but later in the month we’ll also start firing callbacks for all impressions.
To measure impressions, you need to integrate a special impression tracking link with your ad networks and partners. If you want Adjust to attribute user activity in your app to ad views, you can additionally configure view-through attribution in the dashboards settings panel.
