Adjust x Superwall integration for subscription lifecycle measurement
We’re excited to announce our new partnership with mobile app paywall management platform Superwall, making Adjust the first mobile measurement partner (MMP) to integrate with their solution.
Subscription lifecycle events can now be forwarded directly from Superwall to Adjust via a server-to-server (S2S) integration, giving teams full-funnel attribution across their paywall and monetization flows, and closing the gap between paywall conversion events and upstream mobile campaigns.
The integration supports the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe.
How the integration works
For the App Store and Google Play, the integration supports standard in-app subscriptions measurement.
It also supports subscriptions initiated through Stripe checkout, including in-app web flows (App2Web) and web campaign funnels.
In both Stripe scenarios, Superwall links the purchase to a specific device and app platform through its identity linking. The resulting subscription events are forwarded to Adjust as device-level app events using the same identifiers as App Store and Google Play events.
To get started setting up, you can create event tokens in the Adjust dashboard, which can then be added to the Superwall dashboard. This enables each event token to be mapped to a corresponding subscription event.
For events that include revenue, Superwall will forward the total amount, as well as the currency the purchase took place in, to Adjust. You can then configure revenue reporting in the Superwall dashboard as gross (the full purchase price) or net (the purchase price minus platform fees).
