Adjust has acquired data aggregation platform Acquired.io

Today, we are extremely pleased to share that Adjust has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the leading data aggregation platform Acquired.io. The combination of Adjust's industry-leading mobile measurement and fraud prevention solution with Acquired.io's multi-channel campaign management platform will add greater capabilities to Adjust's offering. This move underscores Adjust's vision to offer the most sophisticated product to our fast-growing global client base.

With our solution integrated into more than 25,000 apps globally, we are very aware of the challenges that mobile marketers from companies of all sizes face every day. Currently, user acquisition managers have to handle dozens of mobile ad channels simultaneously and employ multiple dashboards in order to obtain a holistic understanding of their marketing efforts. Moreover, the number of user acquisition channels has grown significantly in the past years, which makes it even more difficult to manage, optimize and discover channels, or allocate budgets.

We met Acquired.io's co-founders, Andrey and Max, in San Francisco earlier this year. During our first meeting, we quickly realized that we have many things in common - not only the synergies in our technological solutions and a deep commitment to our customers' success, but a shared vision to build world-class products that make the job of marketers less complicated, with increased efficiencies and greater scalability.

With this acquisition, we address a gap in the market where we will deliver an unparalleled solution that simplifies the process of multi-channel campaign management to significantly reduce repetitive workflows, enabling user acquisition teams to focus on what really matters to them - campaign optimization to drive ROI.

Adjust's acquisition of Acquired.io was financed through our cash on balance sheet. We are planning further investments to fully integrate Acquired.io's technology and highly skilled developer team into our market-leading mobile measurement platform, which will grow our engineering department to over 100 professionals. Our enhanced, integrated product will become available in the second half of 2019. In the weeks and months ahead, you can expect to receive further updates about our progress with the integration.
